Bay State Milling has announced the appointment of Jaime Goehner as Senior Vice President and General Manager of its Oat Milling Business Unit, effective immediately. Goehner will be based in Minneapolis, where she will lead the company’s strategic efforts in oat-based innovation.
Bringing with her nearly two decades of experience across the food, agriculture, and energy sectors, Goehner has held leadership positions at Cargill and, most recently, at British Petroleum. Her professional focus has centered on developing sustainable and traceable supply chains, areas she believes present significant opportunity in the oat category.
“Bay State Milling is uniquely positioned to lead in the next chapter of oat-based innovation, with a focus on nutrition, traceability, and regenerative sourcing,” said Goehner.
Commenting on the appointment, CEO Pete Levangie stated, “I’m excited to work with Jaime and look forward to the experience and leadership she will bring to an ingredient portfolio of strategic importance.”
With Goehner at the helm of the Oat Milling Business Unit, Bay State Milling aims to accelerate its innovation in oats while advancing its mission of delivering healthy, sustainably sourced ingredients.
